MAJO is a comprehensive system of aluminum profiles and components for building and finishing cleanrooms. Such spaces are created for facilities that need to control the levels of dust, microorganisms, aerosol particles, and chemical vapors in the air. Where required, the room can also maintain set parameters of temperature, humidity, and pressure.
The system is used in medical facilities, laboratories, microelectronics, the food industry, pharmaceutical production, and other environments with demanding cleanliness requirements. Such spaces may use gypsum-metal wall panels, HPL panels, and sandwich panels. MAJO profiles allow neat finishing of wall-to-floor and wall-to-ceiling transitions, internal and external corners, panel junctions, and other complex areas. The system also includes profiles, end caps, and hardware for building heavy, serviceable ceilings.
For the client, MAJO is a single engineering foundation for assembling walls, corners, junctions, and ceiling structures to one structural and visual standard. The aluminum profiles resist corrosion, and the fasteners are made from stainless or protected metal. Polyester powder coating in RAL colors helps match the system's elements to the panels and keep flat, neat surfaces that are easy to clean and maintain.
