An aluminum system for providing natural ventilation to balconies, attics, lofts, and technical spaces. The grilles can be built into cold or warm facade glazing or installed in prepared openings in the building.
VENTjet is a series of aluminum-profile facade ventilation grilles for providing natural ventilation to balconies, attics, lofts, and technical spaces. The grilles allow air to move through the building envelope while keeping a neat appearance for the facade or curtain-wall glazing.
The series offers three applications. The first is designed to integrate into cold balcony glazing, including the TITOKS system. The second is installed in warm facade glazing and can be built into systems designed for 5 mm infill. The third is intended for mounting in pre-prepared openings in the building's load-bearing structures, with fixing from the outside. This lets VENTjet be used both within facade glazing and in standalone technical openings.
For the client, VENTjet is a way to plan for natural ventilation without adding visually random elements that don't match the facade. The frames and louvers are made from AD31T1 aluminum alloy, come with galvanized fasteners, and can be polyester powder coated in RAL colors. The grilles become part of the building's architecture and help maintain a consistent geometry across the facade structures.
