Facade elements

VITA — Facade elements

Aluminum structures for separating neighboring balconies and loggias in apartment buildings. They provide privacy, form a clear boundary between adjacent balconies, and help maintain a unified architectural look across the facade.

VITA is an aluminum-profile balcony partition system for dividing the space of balconies and loggias in residential and public buildings. The partitions form a clear boundary between neighboring spaces, increase privacy, and help keep a unified, neat appearance for facade glazing.

The system includes two main structural solutions. The first is designed for cold balcony or curtain-wall glazing and uses non-combustible SML boards, with the option of installing 4 mm translucent infill. The second is used together with warm facade glazing and is designed for 40 or 50 mm sandwich panels. This infill makes the partition more substantial and helps reduce everyday noise transfer between neighboring balconies. The telescopic assembly principle of the individual elements compensates for irregularities in walls and floor slabs.

For the client, VITA is a ready-made engineering solution that can be matched to a specific glazing type and project requirements. The aluminum frame holds the infill securely, withstands the elements, and can be painted to any RAL color. The system delivers a sturdy, visually neat partition that integrates into the architecture of the balcony or loggia.
